Anthony Pompliano, is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ProCap Financial, Inc., a modern financial services firm leveraging bitcoin.

Mr. Pompliano has built and sold numerous companies throughout his career, along with investing in more than 300 private companies over the last 14 years.

Mr. Pompliano is widely recognized as one of Bitcoin’s most influential investors and advocates, leveraging his extensive social media presence and market relationships. He hosts “The Pomp Podcast,” which has been downloaded more than 100 million times, and writes “The Pomp Letter,” read daily by more than 270,000 investors. With a focus on the intersection of finance, technology, entrepreneurship, and economics, Mr. Pompliano continues to support the Bitcoin and investor community by sharing his insights with his 1.8 million followers on X.

Prior to his investment career, Mr. Pompliano led product and growth teams at Facebook and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army. He holds a degree in economics from Bucknell University.

Jeff Park

Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Jeff Park is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer, responsible for leading its investment and capital markets strategy, portfolio construction and risk management.

Before joining ProCap Financial, Mr. Park was the Head of Alpha Strategies and Portfolio Manager at Bitwise Asset Management, one of the world’s largest crypto-specialist asset managers. Prior to Bitwise, he was a Partner at Corbin Capital Partners, a multi-billion alternative asset management firm that specializes in multi-strategy hedge fund and opportunistic credit investing, where he led the firm’s digital asset investing efforts.

He is a graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations.

Megan Pacchia

Chief OPERATING OFFICER

Prior to joining ProCap Financial, Mrs. Pacchia spent 14 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a Partner in the Consumer Practice. During her tenure, she advised Fortune 500 companies on enterprise transformation, organizational optimization, market-leading growth strategies, and operational excellence. Prior to McKinsey, Mrs. Pacchia held roles at Morgan Stanley in both its Chief Investment Office and its Equity Capital Markets group.

Megan Pacchia is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading the company’s operations, executing strategic initiatives, and driving organizational growth.

Mrs. Pacchia is also a co-founder of PubKey, a globally recognized hub for Bitcoin enthusiasts, innovators, and thought leaders. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.

Kyle Wood

Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

Kyle Wood is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal strategy and compliance efforts. With more than twenty years of experience advising high-growth technology companies, venture-backed startups, and institutional investors, Mr. Wood brings deep expertise in fintech, digital assets, and alternative finance.

Prior to joining ProCap Financial, Mr. Wood was a Partner at Perkins Coie, LLP and held senior legal roles as General Counsel for both public and private firms, where he built and led legal teams, managed complex transactions, and advised on emerging technologies, including digital assets and AI. His expertise bridges traditional financial services with the evolving regulatory landscape of digital assets, helping founders and investors align legal strategy with long-term business growth.

Renae Cormier

Chief FINANCIAL OFFICER

Renae Cormier is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading ProCap Financial’s finance and accounting functions.

Ms. Cormier brings more than two decades of experience across accounting, finance, and investing. Prior to joining ProCap BTC, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Semler Scientific, the second U.S. publicly traded company to adopt Bitcoin as the standard reserve asset on its balance sheet. Prior to that, she served as a Partner at Aravt Global LLC, where she was responsible for allocating capital in both long and short side positions across a variety of industries, including retail, consumer goods, industrials, business services, and MedTech.

Ms. Cormier holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver.

Erica Chase

Chief Communications Officer

Erica Chase is the Chief Communications Officer, responsible for leading the company's strategic communications, media relations, and brand positioning initiatives.

Prior to joining ProCap Financial, Ms. Chase spent more than 15 years leading communications efforts for leading Wall Street institutions. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing at Cantor Fitzgerald, supporting the firm’s group of companies: Cantor, BGC Group, and Newmark.

Ms. Chase spent more than eight years at UBS, where she served as Head of Media Relations & Social Media for the Americas and Head of Media Relations for the Chief Digital & Information Office. Prior to that, she was on the Media Relations team at Barclays for five years, supporting the Investment Bank and Wealth & Investment Management businesses in the Americas. Ms. Chase began her career at Edelman in its Financial Communications and Investor Relations Practice.

Ms. Chase holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

Bill Koutsouras has been a director since December 2025. He is also the Lead Independent Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee for ProCap Financial. Mr. Koutsouras is also Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Galaxy Digital Inc. (Nasdaq: GLXY) and Independent Director of Wheaton Precious Metals International, a subsidiary of Wheaton Precious Metals (NYSE: WPM), positions he has held since 2018 and 2004, respectively.

Bill Miller IV

Bill H. Miller IV has been a director since December 2025 and is the Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee. Mr. Miller has been the Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of Miller Value Partners, LLC since May 2023, and has concurrently worked as Portfolio Manager since August 2008.

Gary Quin has been a director since December 2025. Mr. Quin has more than 30 years of corporate and financial experience and is the Vice Chairman of Cohen Capital Markets, responsible for leading the firm’s investment banking operations throughout the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. He is also a board member of Venturerock BV, a Dutch venture capital firm.

Eric Jackson has been a director since December 2025 and is the Chair of the Compensation Committee for ProCap Financial. Dr. Jackson is the founder and president of EMJ Capital Ltd, where he serves as portfolio manager of a technology-focused hedge fund.
